Setrex provides AI-powered automation solutions, including workflow design, AI agent deployment, integrations, and related services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services.
If you use Setrex on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Use the Services only for lawful purposes
Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer our systems
Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of automation complies with applicable laws and industry regulations.
5. Payments & Billing
If you purchase paid services:
Fees are due as agreed in your contract or subscription plan
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Late payments may result in service suspension
Setrex reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, technology, automation frameworks, and AI systems developed by Setron remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their business data and content provided to Setron.
7. Data & Confidentiality
Setron processes client data solely for the purpose of delivering automation services.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Setron shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.
9. Service Availability
While we aim for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, or third-party disruptions may temporarily affect availability.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
You may terminate services according to your subscription or agreement terms.
